Fellow Spotlight

“Blueline was exactly what I needed after the 2024 campaign and was figuring out my next moves. Not only am I now in a role I love, but I am continuously provided with opportunities to learn from leaders and connect with others in this work.”
Amelia Cecchetto
Blueline Fellow in the US Senate

This month, I joined the Digital Team at Jon Ossoff for Senate. Blueline was a huge help in securing this role. My Blueline mentor, Megha, was amazing throughout the entire process as well as other advisors I met with through Blueline’s network. I’m so excited to take the concepts we’ve discussed during Blueline sessions into new role.
Callie McAdams
Digital Strategist at Ossoff for Senate

Those of us who do this work know—it’s incredibly meaningful, but it can also be deeply unstable. Losing a job and facing the unknown, cycle after cycle, takes a toll. As a Blueline Fellow, working with the School Board Project has helped me build on my campaign experience, stay grounded in work that reflects my values, and stay ready for 2026.
Grace Eickle
Blueline Fellow at the Schoolboard Project

After the 2024 cycle, I wanted to continue to grow in political tech and Blueline was the perfect next step. I was matched with SEIU where I built internal and external analytics products and gained hands-on experience with data infrastructure at scale. I’d recommend Blueline to anyone who has some experience in politics and who wants to grow, learn and get ready for the next cycle.

Blueline Fellow at SEIU
